Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a tuition fee discount, applicants must:

  • Be applying for admission to a full-time or part-time accredited program at Rosehill College.
  • Demonstrate financial need with required documentation (e.g., income statements, tax returns).
  • Meet academic admission requirements.
  • Not be receiving other financial support covering tuition fees.

Application Process

1. Complete the Online Application

  • Fill out the Tuition Fee Discount Application Form.

2. Upload Supporting Documentation

  • Submit necessary documents such as income statements, tax returns, and a personal statement of financial hardship.

3. Submit Your Application

  • Applications should be submitted online through our portal.

4. Await Decision

  • Your application will be reviewed, and a decision will be made within 30 days.

Assessment Procedure

1. Initial Review

  • Applications are reviewed for completeness.

2. Evaluation

  • The Financial Support Committee assesses applications based on financial need and provided documentation.

3. Decision Notification

  • Applicants will be notified of the decision via email and through the online portal.

Notification and Acceptance

If your application is approved:

  • You will receive a notification via email and the online portal.
  • Confirm your acceptance by completing the Tuition Fee Discount Acceptance Form within 14 days.

Disbursement Procedure

  • Approved tuition fee discounts will be directly applied to your student account upon enrolment.

Appeals Process

To appeal a decision:

  • Submit an Appeal Form within 14 days of the decision notification.
  • The Financial Support Committee will review appeals.
  • Final decisions will be communicated within 14 days of appeal submission.

Monitoring and Reporting

The Financial Support Committee monitors the effectiveness of tuition fee discounts and prepares an annual report on the program’s outcomes.
